Todd was such a great help in not only selling our home but also helping out with the purchase of our new condominium. Todd was always available and went to great extremes in order to get a buyer for our home. After we had an agreement it fell through do to the eventual buyers failure to file taxes for a few years. Todd explained every step in the process as I was looking for my house. He even helped the selling realitors understand things they weren't aware of. Everytime I had a question or a concern through the process he was always there with answers. If he didn't know something about the house he took the time to find out. In the end I got the house I wanted and an awesome price thanks to Todd.

Todd Sell was very helpful in selling our house. He was relentless in marketing our property. Todd would reach out to other realtors and invite them to visit our house for sell. He held several open houses that helped to show case our property. He also provided us some helpful tips on staging our home. In 2008 - 2009, the housing market experienced a major decline. We were selling our home during the height of this market decline. Todd was not intimidated by this decline but, in fact, became more creative in marketing our property with additional open houses and client visits. At one point, we needed to consider dropping our listing price. Todd thoroughly explained the pros and cons and doing such. Once we agreed to reduce our listing price, we started to receive multiple offers. Some offers were very low, and Todd immediately suggested we not consider those. Once we received offers that were reasonable, Todd was very good at negotiating a selling price that we were comfortable with. We also were in a situation were we could not attend the closing. Todd was able to complete the closing on our behalf. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Todd Sell was doing more for us before he became our realtor. He heard we were looking for a house in a certain development. Every week he informed us of other homes in the area. No winners. Then one day it happened, a house became available and we loved it. Unfortunately, we needed to sell our current home to purchase this one. Todd brought in a photographer and within days our home was SOLD to a young couple, which we still keep in touch with. So much had to go our way to make this work. And it did.
