Todd Sell was doing more for us before he became our realtor. He heard we were looking for a house in a certain development. Every week he informed us of other homes in the area. No winners. Then one day it happened, a house became available and we loved it. Unfortunately, we needed to sell our current home to purchase this one. Todd brought in a photographer and within days our home was SOLD to a young couple, which we still keep in touch with. So much had to go our way to make this work. And it did.
