Todd Sell was very helpful in selling our house. He was relentless in marketing our property. Todd would reach out to other realtors and invite them to visit our house for sell. He held several open houses that helped to show case our property. He also provided us some helpful tips on staging our home. In 2008 - 2009, the housing market experienced a major decline. We were selling our home during the height of this market decline. Todd was not intimidated by this decline but, in fact, became more creative in marketing our property with additional open houses and client visits. At one point, we needed to consider dropping our listing price. Todd thoroughly explained the pros and cons and doing such. Once we agreed to reduce our listing price, we started to receive multiple offers. Some offers were very low, and Todd immediately suggested we not consider those. Once we received offers that were reasonable, Todd was very good at negotiating a selling price that we were comfortable with. We also were in a situation were we could not attend the closing. Todd was able to complete the closing on our behalf. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
