Todd was such a great help in not only selling our home but also helping out with the purchase of our new condominium. Todd was always available and went to great extremes in order to get a buyer for our home. After we had an agreement it fell through do to the eventual buyers failure to file taxes for a few years. Todd went above and beyond to help the buyer get the tax situation corrected and spent countless hours on the phone with several cities and states to make the sale happen.We will always be grateful for not only Todd's great attitude but always being professional and caring and making sure we remained calm even when things didnt look so good. In the end Todd came through with flying colors for us and we have since reffered 2 of our friends to Todd and he has since sold there homes for them as well. Thanks again Todd
