When selling a house you need an agent who believes in the development you live-in, the schools, the builder and is optimistic about your home. I see these qualities in Todd and that is why we chose him to assist in the selling of our home. He is also very knowledgeable about the models in our neighborhood and thought the square footage was more than previous listed. He looked up in the records that our model had an additional 2 foot extension added to the back length of our house which added another 200 square feet to our home which added value to the selling price. The other agents we interviewed, did not know this. We enjoy his upbeat personality and he takes time to answer our questions and is quick to respond to VM. A friend of mine knows Todd and his family and speaks very highly of them and that they are respected in the community.
