Todd helped me and my family find our home. We were under time restraints, and we had some very specific things that we needed this house to have or not have. Todd understood what we were looking for and he found properties that met our needs. His experience was most helpful, because he knew the answers to all of my questions about each of the properties. (And believe me I had a lot of questions) He was also able to quickly rule out some of the properties that looked good on line, but weren't a match for us. My experience with him was so great, that I already recommended him to other members of my family, and he has helped them acquire their homes also. The entire process was so much less stressful, because of how great Todd made this experience for us. All the paperwork, inspections, numbers and negotiating, were made easy and accommodating.
